Anyway, she is a half-angel with a water element, hence the blue hair and eyes. She doesn't usually have the wings - they only come forth when she's in uber ass-kick angel mode ... or ... pretty-lookatme-ballgown mode.

This is a fantastically done image! Excellent light sources and shading, nice costume, having her in the clouds to further the point that she is an "airhead" good job!
