Hey guys!
So, finally a major convention rolls around! As much as I hate missing out on Megacon this year, I'm so excited to be going to Katsucon in National Harbor, MD!
[link] Since the preliminary round for the World Cosplay Summit is being held there, it's kind of a big deal.
I'm not entering this year, but I'm so excited to be able to watch and support my friends who are entering.
Over the course of the weekend, I will be cosplaying:
FRIDAY: Miki from Idolm@ster (in her Pink Diamond stage outfit), as part of an Idolm@ster group! I'm pretty sure this will be the largest group I've yet to be a part of.
SATURDAY AM: Euphemia (Artbook Gown) from Code Geass
SATURDAY PM: Utena from Utena the Movie
SUNDAY: Lisianthus/Sia from Shuffle! for a group
And also, I'm learning a dance for the Idolm@ster group:

Of course, I'm leaving on the BEFORE crack-of-dawn, earliest flight I could get on Friday, which leaves at a painfully early 5:30am, and will hopefully get me into Washington DC by 11am (I have a layover in Atlanta, as 99% of flights out of Panhandle Florida do). So, I'm getting as organized and packed up as possible this weekend, so that I won't have to scramble on my nights after work this week. Because we ALL know how I feel about scrambling last minute.
So yeah! I'm really excited to be attending my first Katsucon, and I hope to see a lot of you there!
