Woohoo, it's Anemone from the anime Eureka Seven.

I made this costume back in 2008, I believe, but decided to re-wear it to FAN:dom 2011. And I'm happy I did! :iconemeraldcoastmodels: took a lot of great photos, and I had a lot of fun being the little science experiment that Anemone is. :XD:
