Oho! The angel has descended! The BG works well to add an ethereal feel and the costume, naturally, looks absolutely stunning as is now to be expected from you Karen-chan.

I layered foamie sheets together, and hot glued a coat hanger wire in between 'em! The wire forms a U-shape in between the wings, which tucks into the back of the dress.
