I love your cosplay! I'm doing a Holo cosplay too.. I was wondering, how did you make the gem on her sash?

Thanks so much!! As for the gems, they were casted out of epoxy resin - I believe some Michael's stores have the kit, along with dyes and molds.

Where did you get the yellow outline? (the yellow part that encases the gem)

Oh, that's just model magic spray painted with gold metallic paint! I rolled the model magic out to be about the size of the gem, pressed the gem into the model magic to spread it out a bit (and get the indention for the gem in there), let it harden, popped the gem out, and spray painted, then glued the gem in it.

Wow, that sounds more complicated than it really is - I hope that helps!
